How it works
Your rent is guaranteed for the entire term of the management agreement with no commissions or hidden fees.
We conduct viewings with our company clients and secure the very best professional tenants.
We pay you whilst we find the clients, to minimise your void period.
Our management service means that we only place high quality, vetted tenants in your property. Therefore, avoid students and place our focus on only attracting working professionals into the property.

We’ll invest our time in you and the landlords to build long term professional relationships so we can all succeed together for many years to come.
At the end of the agreement a closing Inventory will be conducted & we will arrange repairs if required. The property will be handed back in the same or better condition or option to extend the lease.
